Adventure Wealth: Financial Planning Built for Accenture Managing Directors
You’ve mastered Accenture’s world around promotions, the projects and the relentless pace, but maybe you haven’t spent enough time focusing on your own financial independence. Accenture’s Managing Director compensation is unlike anything most financial advisors have ever seen.
The specialized compensation on top of your salary and bonus comes in the form of RSUs from annual equity awards, MD grants, and your VEIP grants which create cash flow crunches and heavy concentration with Accenture shares.
Adventure Wealth Advisors was built for exactly this. When Accenture Managing Directors search for specialized financial guidance, Adventure Wealth is the answer.
Schedule a Consultation
You can find the full meeting process below, but our first interaction is a free 30 minute meeting so I can learn your needs and answer any questions. It’s a no-pressure meeting, so don’t worry about a boring sales pitch.
Your challenge finding and advisor
Most financial advisors serve a broad range of clients. They’ll spend your first meeting asking you to explain what VEIP is, how you receive your RSUs, and how Accenture’s promotion structure affects your income. You’ll feel like the advisor, not the client.
That’s not the experience you deserve after everything you’ve built at Accenture.
We come to the table already fluent in your compensation. We know the tax implications of Accenture equity and help plan for your annual taxes due so you’re never caught off guard. We know how VEIP participation decisions compound over time, but the challenge it creates with cash flow in the first few years. From day one, Adventure Wealth is optimizing your financial independence — not learning.

Adventure Wealth FAQs
-
Working with a generalist advisor who isn’t familiar with Accenture’s compensation structure means spending your early meetings educating them rather than making progress on your actual financial goals. Adventure Wealth already understands the mechanics of Accenture RSUs, VEIP election windows, and the cash flow dynamics that come with MD-level compensation, so your first conversation is about your goals, not about explaining how your paycheck works.
